Tarradale Through Time Blog

Getting down with the kids

by James McComas - 14:49 on 12 May 2018

Well done to Lachlan and Anne who recently spent the day working with Mulbuie Primary 5 - 7 class on behalf of Tarradale Through Time. It sounds like it was both fun and educational with a range of exciting activities!

I quote Mulbuie Primary's blog as follows:

What a fantastic day we had at Ferintosh on Wednesday! Lachlan and Ann from the “Tarradale Through Time” project set up some amazing activities for us to learn more about the local archaeological discoveries they’ve made.

Here are some photos showing our shelter building, shell midden excavating, finger-loom braiding, wall building and pinch pot making!

We look forward to learning more and possibly even going on site to help excavate!
